In light of the New National Lock Down 3 from Tuesday 5th January 2021, Digitalpromo has taken all reasonable precautions and will continue to operate as shown below.
We are all facing challenging times along with chaos, anxiety and uncertainty effecting everyone, especially at this time of year. Daily life feels like a Sci Fi movie plot, but in reality there are many things we are doing to mitigate the effects of COVID 19.
In a word we are being Agile in a crazy scenario and trying our very best to keep disruption to a minimum whilst working within the required directives to beat this pandemic until everyone has had the vaccine.
The only exception from our normal operating routine is the closure of the physical / retail shop which will now offer Click & Collect as we did during the previous lock down's.

Click and Collect is in operation.
Simply visit our website - https://digitalpromo.co.uk and select the products you require, go through the checkout procedure and select the delivery option " CLICK & COLLECT" and then pay for the order, make a note of your order number.
*** Order must be paid through the website prior to collection as we have no way to take payment due to shop closure.

Give an hour for the order to be picked and travel to our store (see times below):

When you are outside the store, telephone 0151 523 9813 and give your order number, someone will then bring the order to your car.

Stock / Supply

You will see we may be Out Of Stock of many items, we are trying our very best to replenish stock as fast as possible but there are major shortages across many products since March (such as printers) and this in turn has increased many prices considerably on products as many suppliers are price gouging.
We can currently see no end to these shortages but are working with our supply partners to offer the best prices we can and mitigate any stock disruptions as fast as we can.

Getting the above areas right are our main priority, we will do all we can to keep our service standards as high as possible to our loyal customers both old and new
