BELOW IS OUR DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders received before 4.00pm will be dispatched the same day (working days ONLY: Mon - Fri).

All orders received after 4.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

We will always attempt to dispatch orders received after 4.00pm on the same working day, but if that is not possible, especially on a Monday due to the weekends orders, they will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders received after 4.00pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. Monday).

(we are unable to advise on the time's of delivery for Royal Mail deliveries, if you selected courier as your delivery method and inputted your email address or mobile telephone number at checkout, you will receive delivery information via the couriers with a 1 hour time window if your delivery is in the UK).

Orders placed on a Friday (before 4.30pm) will be delivered on the Monday for example, if you selected Courier Next Working Day as your delivery method. We would advise that our couriers do not make Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries as standard options.

We use various shipping methods in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers.

We use the services of a Courier (DPD), myHermes and the Royal Mail. Due to the amount of orders we ship with DPD we have special discounted pricing from them and are able to offer extremely competitive pricing. The various shipping methods are shown during the order process and also at checkout for you to specify which method is suitable to you.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

Orders will not be shipped to alternative countries than the Credit Card billing country.

First 2 orders can only be shipped to the Credit Card billing address unless prior agreement with Digitalpromo Ltd

Postage and Packing Information

DPD charges and Royal Mail are priced not only on weight of an item but size of the consignment and packaging costs. BFPO cannot be sent by courier service - ONLY ROYAL MAIL method

Delivery in UK

The postage and packing price is worked out by the weight and size of your purchases including packaging. All of the items for sale on this site have had their weight taken and added to the sites weight database with packaging included. The total weight is then calculated once you enter the ordering process and the cost of postage and packing is shown during the ordering process. For small purchase of 1Kg or less we find Royal Mail the most cost effective.

Example of our Next Working Day Courier costs are:

• 0.001Kg - 5Kg = £7.49 + VAT ( ExpressPak) ... £8.99 in total including VAT for up to 5KG, fully trackable and a text sent with a 1 hour delivery window, so your not waiting about all day !
• 5.01Kg - 30Kg = £9.58 + VAT ( Parcel ) ... £11.50 in total including VAT for up to 30KG, fully trackable and a text sent with a 1 hour delivery window, so your not waiting about all day !

Courier charges are priced not only on weight of an item but size of the consignment and packaging.

We also offer a 2 WORKING DAY delivery option for those who don't require their order as quickly and want to save money, this is also shipped by DPD.

United Kingdom Exceptions

Our couriers do not deliver to the below areas at a standard rate, these areas are charged at:

• .0001Kg - 10Kg = £13.99 + VAT
• and 65p + VAT per subsequent 1Kg.

This service is a 2 working day service.

For Delivery to the above Location's we can use Royal Mail Standard Parcel, Small Packages & Couriers.

Note: Royal Mail Standard Parcel is a 2nd Class delivery method and takes 3-5 Working Days, it can also take slightly longer if you live in a remote area e.g. Scottish Highlands, Islands etc. or certain parts of the United Kingdom.

Redelivery Charges

If the couriers attempt to deliver you package on numerous occasions and are unable to deliver due to no access (person not at home) and no arrangement is made by you, the customer, with the couriers to collect the package, the package will be re-turned back to Digitalpromo Limited by the couriers.

You will be charged for the return of the package to Digitalpromo Limited and also for the re-sending of the package, to you, the customer, as we are charged by the couriers for this service.

If you wish to have the parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched e.g. to your workplace, due to you realizing you will not be at home, again we are charged by the couriers for this service and must pass this charge on to you the customer.

NOTE: This service is only available after your first order has been shipped to your billing address.

Delivery to European Destination

Due to the amount of orders we ship with DPD we have special discounted pricing from them and are able to offer extremely competitive pricing.

NOTE: The Courier Cost's are the same from 1Kg - 30Kg....order up to 30Kg and the cost of delivery is the same as 1Kg. Courier charges are priced not only on weight of an item but size of the consignment and packaging.

The Courier Delivery Method is excellent value for money on larger orders.

WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO THE SAME COUNTRY AS THE CREDIT CARD IS BILLING ADDRESS.

The European destinations we now deliver to and the approx. time to Deliver are
