Courier Information

 

We currently use the services of two couriers to deliver parcels and packages - DPD & Royal Mail.

DPD

The Next Working Day method of delivery is offered by DPD and is NOT 100% guaranteed.

Our records show that approx. 99.2% of packages arrive on time but occasionally there may be a delay in a package reaching it's destination on time due to queries, errors or adverse weather, if this occurs we will endeavour to sort these problems out as quickly as possible if we are notified.

You will require your Consignment Number (usually the same as your order number) which will have been obtained when placing the order or alternatively log in to your account and view your order history, all orders you have placed will show, along with the order reference number (shown as # then number)

You can also track your delivery within your Order History by clicking the "Track order" link that will show below each order you have made, this tracking will only show information after you have received a email confirmation that your order has been "Shipped".

After your email confirmation it may also take a few hours for the tracking information to show as the consignment/order has to reach DPD's Birmingham hub/main depot and be scanned in to their tracking system.

NOTE: Tracking is only available when Courier (DPD) is your selected delivery method.

BFPO cannot be sent by courier service - ONLY ROYAL MAIL method

Why we require you to input your mobile telephone number and email address

 

Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail for Registered Delivery, International and 2nd Class Standard Parcels.

Should you wish to contact Royal Mail for information on your delivery, please telephone: 0800 22 44 66

For Registered deliveries and International queries with Royal Mail you will require a consignment number, should you require this number for any reason please email info@digitalpromo.co.uk we will email this consignment number to you.

NOTE: Royal Mail is NOT at track able service and we advise waiting the specified delivery timescale plus 4 days before contact us for information. Standard Parcels, Royal Mail's delivery time is specified as 3-5 days and may take longer if you live in remote areas or certain parts of the United Kingdom.
BFPO cannot be sent by courier service - ONLY ROYAL MAIL method

During couriers busy time's of year e.g. run up to Christmas or adverse weather conditions figures on delivery time expectations may vary.
